Four large bathrooms in this modern marvel. Instead of remodeling, my client opted to build new with a beautiful and bold living and work structure. This modern home with the help of the geniuses at 2BPS Construction. Allowing for high efficient design and a showcase of the homeowners interior design skills.

first floor bath

First floor guest bath: 5x13" ceramic on 10' walls with 24x24" custom cut to 10x24" porcelain tub and accent wall. Custom shelf with brushed aluminum transitional edging.

Heated concrete floors with clear waterproof seal.

upstairs guest bath

Second floor guest bath: 5x13" Italian ceramic tile on 10' walls. Decorative porcelain on heated floor.

Master bathroom: 12x24" porcelain on 10' walls. Curb-less and glass-less open shower design. Heated and sealed concrete floor.
